Rodrigo Cigliutti
Executive Director, CIBELAE
Rodrigo Cigliutti is the Executive Director at the Ibero-American Corporation of State Lotteries and Gambling (CIBELAE). With nearly 30 years in the lottery business, he coordinated Argentina’s Map of Games from 2009 to 2017 and helped establish the first university degree in Latin America dedicated to gaming regulation. He is a frequent panellist and moderator at global gaming forums including WLS, ICE London, GLI Regulatory Board, and Juegos Miami.
Esmeralda Britton González
President, Junta de Protección Social (JPS)
Esmeralda Britton González is the President of Costa Rica’s Social Protection Board (JPS), which administers the national lottery. Her distinguished public career includes serving as Minister of Women and Executive President of the National Women's Institute (INAMU), with a strong focus on social development and governance.
Alexandre Tauszig
Commercial Director, NGX
Alexandre Tauszig holds a degree in Engineering with postgraduate studies in Industrial Administration from the University of São Paulo. With over two decades in IT and the last seven years in iGaming and lottery, he previously served as LATAM Regional Manager at Skilrock and now leads commercial strategy at NGX.
