With nearly 30 years in the lottery business, he coordinated Argentina’s Map of Games from 2009 to 2017 and helped establish the first university degree in Latin America dedicated to gaming regulation. He is a frequent panellist and moderator at global gaming forums including WLS, ICE London, GLI Regulatory Board, and Juegos Miami.
