With nearly 30 years in the lottery industry, he coordinated Argentina’s Map of Games from 2009 to 2017 and helped establish the first university degree in Latin America dedicated to gaming regulation. He has participated as a panellist and moderator at major global gaming events including the World Lottery Summit, ICE London, GLI Regulatory Board, and Juegos Miami.
