Gurgaon, India (April 12th, 2017) - Asia Pacific Lottery Association (APLA) is conducting a special 2-day Seminar in Chengdu, China from 24-27 April 2017 Seminar on theme "Lottery Today: To Transform or Be Disrupted" Sugal & Damani Group CEO, Mr. Kamlesh Vijay is invited as a speaker and would be participating in the "Panel Session 3: Regulation & Legislation - How can they help with the Transformation?"
